Recieved a call from US post office with Claim Number. Stating they will serve me papers and If someone should be home from 3pm-8pm called 844-966-3785 with claim number. Called and lady was very rude once I kept telling her I don't owe any payday loan.
Help others by rating this number - was it spam, a business, or something else?
Call from "Mr. Brown" from my local county (didn't state county by name). Stated I was to be served papers (what papers?) by 3pm (its 6pm at the time of the call). Must have witness available, all pets and guns must be removed from the premises during the investigation (what investigation? Is a warrant going to accompany said papers? Who can tell me in the United States of America what I am allowed to have on my property? ) Obviously an attempt to intimidate through fear. Definitely a scam.
