Who called me from this phone number (844) 931-2273

I got a letter from these people stating it was from Wells Fargo Bank in Souix Falls SD PO Box 5141 SD saying I had tried to open a bank account. But I never even tried to open an account PERIOD.They are scammers and some one please stop these Thugs.
