same as above regarding 844-894-1999
?+1 (844) 894-1999? is a total scam regarding computer protection (check out 800-NOTES). These ppl w an out-of-country accent have been calling for weeks and I’ve always let it go to voicemail where I get msgs I owe money. Today I decided to pick-up and ask what company this is. I did and the female on the line muttered an incomprehensible name and said I was someone named Mark Datson (umm, I have a high-pitched woman’s voice). I told her they have the wrong number and need to stop calling. She hung up. I called back and a male picked up, again calling me Mark Datson. I again explained I’m not and was then told I was Mrs Datson. I told him to remove my number from their calling list and was told he would, but immediately hung up on me. I called back again, and was called Mrs Datson, so obviously my number is still active and they knew my voice. I tried nicely to have my number removed and was hung up on. I found out they’ve scammed ppl out of $1,000s. BE CAREFUL!
