I bought a new tv with roku and you have to activate it. It gives a link to go to and use the code I did so and then someone called me saying I had to purchase a package with Chanel’s and if I didn’t my tv wouldn’t work and it wouldn’t even turn on. I was confused by this and didn’t think it was right I stupidly paid the service that took me through pay pal. After I hung up I called the number on the instructions and they advised me it’s completely free and it was a scam. I had to call my bank to cancel my card. It was paid through PayPal and I made a dispute with them as well and the person called me back 3 times and then left a message saying to call them back.

Do not trust this number its a fraud. Company is not part of Roku set up. Brought a new TV that came with Roku. Setting up it had to go online. Receive a call from 844-871-5666 wanting to charge me for the Roku service that was already free with my smart TV. Found out it a scam. Just wanted to charge my CC. Do not trust this number.
