This number calls my 72 year old mother every day stating that she (mom) has overdue student loans. I called the # back today to have them remove my mother's # from their call list and was hung up on 2 times ?? This is a violation? How do we STOP these people from bothering our elderly ?
My phone rings once then goes to vm and yes its a message from Cassie Brookes student loan advisor , the calls are annoying when u do answer or call back it disconnects while ur holding
just received a call from this number. they asked to call back bc I had a student loan through them. I figured this was a spam robo call. Don't believe them.

Who ever these people are don't trust them. They are rude. I asked a question. "What company is this"? The lady just hung up the phone. When I return the call, they continued to be rude. DON'T TRUST THEM. BLOCK ALL CALLS AND FILE A COMPLAINT.

Lady claiming to be "casey" collecting student loan debt. Calls my phone every day even tho she is told every day i have never had a student loan, i am on the do not call registry and to stop calling me. She is extremely rude.

Calls and leaves a number to call her back but "Casy" is never available to pick and answer the phone herself. The guy who answer said to block the call and he would also call my service provider to blockem the call. Then he said that "Casy" just wanted to get to know me better and laugh. I told him that it was not funny and hung up.
