844-857-3939 Amerigroup in home visit again calling my cell phone. I didn't answer this call no. Coronavirus is still going on and We all got to do social distancing.
I received a call today stating: Hello this is Patrick calling on behalf of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield with signify health. We are following up regarding the in home health assessment. If I could please get a call at your earliest convenience. Our phone number is 844-857-3939. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM Central Standard Time. Thank you and we hope to speak with you soon. I did not answer and reported it to Anthem.
I have also received calls from this number. I too have an Anthem Policy through my retirement program. They call almost daily. I have just blocked the number. They are calling about a "home survey" which I did not complete. I have never received a survey. Reading these comments has reassured me that I was wise not to answer. I will not answer or return calls from unknown numbers.
Same here, that same number call me today about a in home visit for what? Be noisey.!!! I don't think so, oh no! This is not going to happen. And coronavirus is affecting in Texas areas no.! She do have an Spanish accent. I look for that number of Amerigroup ANTHEM company and she said Amerigroup ANTHEM company Blue Cross and Blue shield. BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD!!! I JUST HAVE AMERIGROUP ANTHEM COMPANY AND THAT NUMBER WAS NOT FOUND IN MY COMPANY MAIL . I AM BLOCKING THAT NUMBER.
Also just had another trusted source say this number is good, but "No Name Associated With This Number"!! That is a HUGE Red Flag!!!
844 857 3939 Just did a bit more research and one of my reliable sources is telling me this is a "Health SCAM". Just Be Cautious!!! BEWARE!!!
Based on my research, while I'm not positive, I believe this to be "ANTHEM BCBS" calling to attempt to setup an "In Home Visit". I cannot counsel anyone, but I'm not in favor of these "In Home Visits"! They send a Nurse out to assess what she or he feels your current health situation is. Anthem then can then use that against you. Just be Cautious!!!
I thought she used the word 'Anthem' in the message. Sounded like a Spanish accent.
I get calls from this number (844-857-3939) a couple of times a week. Even have tried blocking the number and then today they called twice in a matter of minutes. I did not answer. No message was left.
I am guessing that, like me, the insurance company mentioned in the above comments was Anthem. Perhaps they knew what insurance you had and your name with contact information as a result of the data breach Anthem had several years ago that compromised all kinds of data on millions of customers.

just got the same call a bit ago. I asked about it, told her I am in perfect health (almost) she did state my ins. correctly. I said I did not want it, the in home care assessment- visit. She asked me why, kinda getting belligerent. I never had one before and had same Medicare supplement last year.Thx for this info. Didn't sound right.
I received a message from a person claiming to be part of my health insurance. They have my insurance and my name correct but they called on a Sunday morning and claimed they are in the office Monday through Friday. She tried to sound overly friendly but she was slurring or mumbling terribly at times. As usual I called the number on the back of my card and talked to one of the employees I speak to every month and more when verifying if a phone number is a scammer. I was told this number 844-857-3939 was not affiliated with my insurance and was either a scam or spam. These people may be trying to get my information to scam my insurance or they are selling an approved product that my doctor has not diagnosed me to need. Either way I don’t need extra prescription medical equipment that will use all my available lifetime limit.
Get a call every day for the past two weeks. One day I received two calls. A message is left stating they represent a health insurance company I am familiar with and want to speak to "name" who isn't me. They ask that I return the call between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Since I am familiar with the insurance company they mention, I know this is NOT how calls are handled. I am calling this a SCAM
I never answe unknown calls anymore. I hung up they left message to call between 8 to 5. But did not say my name. Scam

There is just something not right with this call; if they're calling about an already conducted In-Home-Visit they would have a name; Wouldn't They?? No way they could have a name; it's a verified "ROBO" Caller and there is "No Name Associated With This Number"!!! I have some sources that call this SCAM outright, but I can't verify/confirm that! No Matter how you look at it You Need to Use Extreme Caution with this Caller!!! I don't know what their game is, but The CID: says, "ANTHEM" the guy in the message says, "Sygnify"!
