I received a call to call this number back, (844-836-6092). I called & they claimed that my deceased wife owes over $2k from a 2011 hospital bill. They claimed a notification was sent. When I asked them to send me another one they claimed it was "too late" and would only settle the matter with an over the phone payment. Be careful.
