Caller wanted to speak to my husband who was not home. She said it was for "personal business", which can mean anything, and therefore would not tell me what organization she was representing or the purpose of the call. This was suspicious because even a medical facility identifies itself, even if they are bound by HIPPA rules not to divulge medical information about someone else. At least they tell you what organization is calling.
