Same as others, our firm has received several pre-recorded message calls from a Daniel Berkman. Keeps calling for one of our employees stating this is their last attempt to settle this matter of a complaint before they take further action - That our employee must contact him today at 844-804-6068 to resolve this matter.

Received call same as others above at work and they are constantly calling. I am filing a complaint against them for harassment.

Same as all others, but they provide the last name of a former co-worker instead of mine

I'm receiving calls telling me that I must call 844-804-6068 by the end of the day or some kind of documents will be filed against me. They threaten to come to my house with a paperwork that I am required to sign or serious actions will be taken against me. They have a small amount of information but will not identify who they are working for or with. They attempt to scare with the threat to come to my house and have legal papers filed against me, stating this needs immediate attention. I'm tired of receiving these calls, as they have called several times. I block the number and they just call again from another number.

Now the names changed to Daniel Berkman called from this number 8448046068

Got a phone call from this number, like the other complaints. They used the wrong middle initial in my husband's name. We have been getting these calls for weeks now, all threatening a warrant for his arrest.

Started with a lady calling stating this is Jennifer Cline from management associates that phone number was 208 231 8767 there was a complaint filed against me and me or my representative need to take action... ... Then this morning I get a call from 8448046068 saying this is David thier last attempt to settle this matter of a complaint before they take further action? And to call david (I can't remember the last name!!

I received a call stating that I had an important issue to take care by the end of the day or I would get arrested. I am waiting outside in the scorching Texas summer with my lemonade in one hand expecting some action because today was a pretty boring day at work. So a little excitement before I go to bed would seal my day. (The phone call came in with a local number and the voice behind the phone asked me to call the number I am reporting)

Text to my family Mbr cell phone about me saying they have a complaint against me and to call 844. 804.6068 by end of day. I do not want anyone calling my family Mbrs first off, second, they should not be calling a cell phone. Third, they are a scam

Received a voicemail from a David Rosenburg with Management Associates call cam in from 702-849-0367, but left a message to call 844-804-6068 by the end of the day. Did not call back so tired of these threatening phone calls this has to be illegal.

Received a call from #702 849-0367 referring me to call this no# received the same msg as the others from David Rosenberg and that I needed to return call before the end of the day......scammers

Called me from # 702-849-0367, left msg about a complaint against me need to hear from me by the end of the day ,David from Management Associates, 2 different recorded voices left this number as call back no#.

States there is a complaint against me. I returned the call. Wanted me to give my personal info before he could tell me anything about the complaint.
