Who called me from this phone number (844) 797-5647

Claims to be CitiCostco. The number automatically calls when triggered by certain gas card web sites. The actual customer service/Fraud people at CitiCostco whom you can call by using the number on the back of your card, have no idea who or what this number is. I have had them call this number and they tell me it is not legitimate.
