This is not a scam. It is a great assistance program UHC offers their members when having a surgery or going through treatment for cardiac/cancer issues. They have to ask for date of birth for hipaa regulations. Take advantage if they call. They helped me tremendously after my knee replacement. I wouldn't have known half if the info I got unless I had my navigator!
Called and said they were United Health care asked for DOB
Caller ID showed "UHC Navigator" I didn't answer call. They didn't leave a message-just hung up. Hate these calls at work. I am busy & they disrupt me!
Scam. asked if they worked for the government, they hung up
