Got a call from 844-682-4502 several times. If I don't answer they won't leave a message. When I answer it is my card has possible fraud charges, or wanting to update my lifeloc norton agreement for $399.99 or update my health insurance. Why doesn't the government put a stop to this crap. How many people have to get screwed out of money? Is the government getting a cut of the money? It sure seems like it when they have done nothing to stop this crap.
Everyone keeps leaving messages that this is a fake phone number that is incorrect this is a real fraud department from your bank calling you to let you know you tried to make a transaction recently that looked suspicious to them and they really were calling you to confirm it this is a real fraud department call you guys are cracking me up saying it’s not real it really is a real phone number I called my credit union just like everyone else and they said it was the fraud department that called me from that phone number
claiming to be from my credit union about fraudulent charges and needing me to verify more info like mailing address & zip, of course I didn't but I did aske them "WHAT'S YOUR MOTHERS ASSHOLE TASTE LIKE???" which is my typical response to obvious fraud calls like this one. I got another call from them 10 min later this time from a woman with a non-middle Easterner accent and that time I asked her what her asshole taste like,,, she didn't respond (they rarely know how to answer such a question) but didn't hang up either which I found interesting.
Same, got a message on my work cell. Seemed legit, I gave too much info- the person I spoke with had an accent and I wasn't 100 percent confident- the number is connected to the CSE Credit Union..I called through the Credit Union - I wish I knew more. Frozen account and new card coming in 7-10 days (???????????)!
Our Credit Union legitimately uses this number. It's a calling service for them. And it is the number that legitimately calls us for "Fraud detection" from our Credit Union. We did just have a "spammy" conversation with them though that isn't sitting right with me. It seems weird to me that they called us, but then get our information incorrect. If someone is trying to "verify" your information, make sure that you are the one who is "verifying" that info, not just giving it out.
Received a landline and cell phone call from 844-682-4502 saying that there is possible fraudulent charges on our debit card and it has been put on hold. Just call your bank and make them aware that you have received a call like this regarding your account as other customers may be targeted.

Received a robo call from (844) 682-4502 8 AM EST Dec 15, and Dec 16 2021 allegedly from Springfield Credit Union warning of potential fraudulent use of a debit card. It had my telephone number and the last 4 digits of my debit card.
Received a robo call from (844) 682-4502 9 AM PST Dec 6, allegedly from Middlesex Federal Credit Union warning of potential fraudulent use of a debit card there in my name. I've never heard of Middlesex Federal Credit Union before.
CALLED, texted the last 4 digits of my business debit card and said someone tried to use it in africa, wanted me to call and give case number, i checked with my bank there was no problem, it is a scam
I have been getting non-stop calls from 844-682-4502 for the past week. They do not leave a message and on Friday November 19, 2021 they called me 24 times alone. I thought it was illegal to continuously call like that. Thankfully, my service is spam blocking it, but how are they allowed to call that many times? They are connected to another 2 numbers that have been consistently calling as well, 760-284-1170 and 760-284-1171. The 844 says something about Fraud and needing a case number but they have never left me a message. The 760-284-1171 left a message about some kind of perks for having a healthy child. So sick of this crap.

Got a call and voicemail to call this number potential fraud to my debit card. 844-682-4502 I call it, didnt give any info 5 days later I got a $129. ITune charge, I dont have ITunes. Its fraud!!
I get a letter mentioning the phone number that appeared to be a fraud notice. It had my name, address, and the last 4 digits of my debit card. I didn't call the number and called my credit union instead. They did not send the letter. It had the address: Cardholder Services Disputes PO Box 2994, Phoenix, AZ 85062.
