man claiming to be serving me papers at my work or home today between 2-3 pm. He had my full nameand gave a case number and threatened a subpoena. scam.....

Called and said they were serving me papers today between 2-3pm then specifically stated at 2:15 today. They said I took out an online payday loan for just over 3k back in 2014 and had the money put into my bank account. I have never in my life received a payday loan online or in a branch of any sort. They bullied me pretty hard and they did have A LOT of personal information to make it sound very believable. So much that it made me question if I had actually done that and had forgotten about it but I have never needed to do something like that. They were pushing for me to give them a debit card and laughing at me for not wanting to take care of this immediately they said they would settle it for a payment of 1,500 (some odd dollars) SCAM
