Received a call today from 844-659-5090. I live in Texas they said I owed money on a credit card from 2009. They said I owed $6900 and wanted to settle for $1800. The lady got very upset because I would not take the settlement. She said I would be served tomorrow and it would be much more money if I went to court. I still told her I would not pay her anything and she became very angry! Total scam!!!
Got a call with number blocked regarding my mom. The woman said she would be at her home or work address needing a signature tomorrow. She left the number 844-659-5090 to call and left a case number as well. My mom, myself, and my daughter all got the same call. Absolute scam.
Family member received a call from 844-659-5090 where the man phoning indicated that he had legal documents to drop off to me tomorrow. The man also referenced a case number.

I also got a call from an independent courier - along with my sister and parents - each of us at different numbers about my brother who lives in CA, planning to serve legal doc's of some kind.
Received a message from a lady claiming to be an I dependent courier of king county that had documents for me and even provided a case number. I was going to be served at work and to be ready and available on Monday for a signature. I called this number and they couldn’t tell me what the debt was for and had the dates for 2015 if a boa loan or credit card. When I said I’ve never had one they then transferred me to a guy and changed the date to 2005 debt. They were looking to resolve with $2500 settlement due today. Wouldn’t offer any info on the debt. They said if it went to court I would incur fees and they would have all the paperwork on the debt available at that time but it would be too late for any settlement offer. It was $10,000
Some Debt Collector calling themselves a process server, was looking for my ex-wife. I have not been associated with my ex-wife since 1998, and have only had this phone number since 2011. I consider this phone call harassment.
