Who called me from this phone number (844) 640-9940

A woman with indian accent said I owe property tax on my vehicle and wanted my CC info. After I've told her I don't give CC info over the phone, she asked me when I'll pay, I asked why is that important, she said she needs to know. LOL! I said I'll pay via online, and she provided some website that I can use to pay. Really?
