847-916-6764 ... identifies themself as representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Asked that I call back a different number (844-628-3680). Started to respond to the robo call and got suspicious so I called Member Services using the number on the back of my BCBS card.
My husband took a call from 847-916-6764 yesterday afternoon. The individual stated they were from Blue Cross Blue Shield and needed to speak to me regarding a prescription. They asked that I call back on the 844-628-3680. I called the number and it was a robo type call. They verified the phone number and stated my name. Then it asked for my birthdate and wanted my address. This really sent out a warning and I hung up and called the member services number on the back of my BCBS card. The lady checked and confirmed that no one attempted to contact me since March. DON'T CALL BACK!
