This is a "customer recovery center" for Momentum Solar. If you have ever talked to someone at Momentum you're on the list. This is not necessarily a scam, just a really scum company who doesn't know how to conduct business properly so they REALLY look like robo/scam scammers. I called them back and asked to speak to a manager. He told me he'd get me on their "do not call" list.
Keep Calling several times a day. Its a Robo Call. Do not answer
