The phone number came to me through email saying it was Bank of America fraud dept. If you call it back it asks for the same information Bank of America asks for. Do not give them information. Hang up and call the number on the back of your debit card.
I called the fraud dept. and this number does not belong to them. Total scumbags. Those criminals should be hanged.
Got a text saying they were my bank (BOA), and showed a list of transactions, 2 out of 3 I made. The one I didn’t was in regards to opening a Chase account. I check my account and saw 3 credits for $500, then 3 debits for $500. Luckily BOA caught it and notified me immediately. Really strange...
