I didn't answer, but message said : "Dear customer Please note we have received an authorized payment 299 dollar from your account and this is renewal charge from Computer Service Company. If you want to continue with the service please press 1 or if you want to cancel your payment please press 9." Since I have not authorized any such payment, I'm sure this is a scam, most likely to steal personal information such as bank account, credit card, etc.
Received call from this number from "a computer company" asking me to select 1 or 9 to continue or discontinue call. Didn't recognize number so deleted call.

Called on 7/24/2019 - 5:13 PM EDT - concerning "Authorized payment" of an amount exceeding $200 for a computer service company. Was wanting a press "one" or press "nine" to the unsolicited call. I do my own support work - and have posted NO authorized payments to this number or associates. I suggest sending the FCC and FTC letters on this type of issue - I only get around 3 to 5 of them a day. Makes answering a call from anyone impossible.
My Location is Florida date if call June 2019. Voice of a female amount $89.00. I suggest to check the internet as a result of others response I was saved from undue anxiety. Yet I suggest to absolutely do not redial at manually respond to the call.
Call from Microsoft, foreigner answered, I told them to take my number off of their calling list they immediately hung the phone up.
My recorded call said: "goodbye"
I wasn't home, so it went to voice mail. Part of the message was cut off so all I hard was "...company. If you want to cancel this dial 844-583-3888." It was a robocall.
