I just went to the ER a week ago and found out I need my gallbladder removed. I paid the deductible that night while I was there waiting for them to run tests. However, I received a text message from (844) 570-3837 today saying I was uninsured when I went to the hospital which is not true. They sent me a link and a phone number saying to use one of those to verify my insurance information. It said to disregard if I already paid. I'm not sure how they don't know I already paid. So is this a hoax or is the hospital just unorganized? I guess I will find out.
