Got a call from 833-257-7498 saying they were att and had a 50% off for att direct tv and to call 844-551-0568.
I received this call for the second time in about that many weeks. Neither time I answered the phone because I didn't recognize the number but a message was left in my voice mail. The message states their company had been ordered to close and my money is to be refunded by calling this number given in a weird sequence...more like someone telling their social security number. No company name is given. I'm not touching this scam with a stick!
Recorded message that said I paid for Microsoft service in the past year and that they have been ordered to refund everyone that they charged and I needed to follow their instructions to obtain refund. I hung up at that point because I had not paid for Microsoft service EVER! I buy Apple products.
Claimed that the they were going out of business and if I wanted a refund I needed to call them back.
