This number called and said they were from Xfinity Advanced Support Team. We are having a problem with our volume control on the remote and made an appointment with Comcast prior to this call. When we called this number back, they wanted all sort of information that if they were legitimate, would have on their computer. We gave them no information and reported it to Comcast. So, please beware before you give this number any information pertaining to your Comcast problem and account.
