Recorded voice came on asking for a person that does not live here.
Scammers. I called them back and asked them who they are but they refused to identify themselves. They said they were "Conserve", a company who provides professional services. What does that mean? They refused to say unless I answered a number of personal questions. I spent about five minutes arguing with them but they would not budge. A legitimate company would be able to tell you what business they are in. I have blocked the number.
Called said they were representing IRS wanted my social and address. Asked them to mail info to whatever address they have on file. Hung up and blocked number
Called my WORK phone asking for my ex husband I haven't been married to in over 10 years!
Called saying they were from the IRS and asking if I received the letter they sent. I haven't received any letters.
They left me a VM telling me to call 844-853-4875 which this number is a legit IRS Collector... So very strange.
