They said my claim had been denied by my insurance, but I was nowhere near a doctor's office the day they're claiming.
I received a call from Vax Care stating that my health insurance provider had denied my claim, and I had a balance due. Was asked to call them back and reference my claim #. Never heard of this company.

Received a letter in the mail from VaxCare Corporation with the number 1-844-458-9551 on the "bill." The "bill" requires payment for immunization services - preventive care and the cost is 81.00. It even lists the name of the local Health Department in the city I live. The letter also says the following, "Your insurance company has indicated that you have other primary insurance. Please call VaxCare immediately to discuss this claim."
Claims someone owes them money for an unspecified vaccination. Wants a callback where presumably they harvest personal information.
