I get calls from this number several times per day, which I now let go to voicemail and delete. The one call (the first) I DID answer, the caller purported to be calling from Regence BC/BC. He then asked me to confirm my date of birth. In the meantime, I pulled out my Regence card and saw the customer phone number was different from the one he was calling from. Hung up and blocked that number.
