We are an optical place who has a separate Dr office. The Dr side is not here 7 days a week. We share a phone line but Dr does not work for us or us for him. Told the caller this and calls continued. Over 13 during our lunch hour when we were not even here. Once they called all 3 of our lines at once. When we call them back it’s a voicemail saying they will call back in 2 days..... ridiculous. What loser company does that???? Someone needs to stop these phone pirates.
We are an optometry practice and have received 9 calls from this number today. 8 of the 9 calls were either silence or hold music. One call had a contact lenses verification for someone who is not our patient with no way to respond that we do not verify this prescription.
We are a doctor's office, and this number called several times, and left messages of someone typing and mumbling in another language. The recorded message we finally got was not understandable.
This is an optometrist office and this number has called REPEATEDLY and played music tying up all lines!!! Nonsense
