i was on the internet and a window popped up saying that my screen was locked, and to call a number on the screen, I did and thought that I was connected to microsoft, which it was not, tha wanted me to send $270.39 dollars to them and I told them I did not do that, they gave me a address of On Shop solutions and the address was 13 Mosher st. #7, in Weat springfield, ms, 01089, the phone # was 844-418-7111, I tried to verify. and even contacted Microsoft to see if was them, reported it to Microsoft, and they gave me a case #, as scam,
