Got a call from 8443969391?
Called stating they had two formal complaints against me. Gave me my name & date of birth. Stating I had been reported to the FBI for defrauding the system. Tried to verify my employment and address stated they could not. I owed a “loan” to TD Bank North for allegedly $700.00. I have never had a loan - also stating they have me down for writing multiple fraudulent checks. I haven’t had a checking account in over 8 years. They also now initially it was a cell phone number 2 calls from that. Than this 800 number. I hung up on her. She has called back 8x from now cell #s. I spoke with the TD BANK locally multiple times since this started about 6 months. Told me to disregard all calls. Block their number it’s a scam it’s on the rise. Blocked all numbers. Changed MY NUMBER A WEEK AGO just got a new set of numbers calling. They then call my family. I called the bank again today but since I have no account with them and have not in over 8 years. They keep bringing up a 700.00 loan. TD Bank doesn’t do 700.00 loans. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PERSONAL LOAN. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. UNFORTUNATELY THEY HOUND YOUR FAMILY AS WELL OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH YOU THEY CAN LOCATE.
Called saying that a relative (used his real name) had a case filing against him and since the address they had on file had me living there too (which I don't nor haven't for years) My Uncle got the same call but he loves out of state

Got two calls from this number from a Mary Cole stating I have two files against me; stroke one they didn’t have my legal name . Strike two they said they couldn’t serve me or find me. When I said well send it where you think I am and hung up they had the nerve to call back. When I hung up again they called my husband who they couldn’t even tell him what was ‘ wrong’ . It’s a scam I’m sure I’m not calling any number or using anything they give me. This stuff comes up once in a while in the scam loops. They harass your family to see if they can get you to call them. Which even if it was legit is illegal anyways.
