I got scammed good!!! I also paid for Webroot antivirus and Network firewall total $189.52 on my Master Card and they turned off my Malwarebytes. They also had me write "I approve payment" and put my ID on the PDF they got. They did, however get my Alexa restarted and my webcam working again. I don't know if they placed spyware on my computer and echo dot, and if I can trust being on this computer without them spying now.
Looks like I'm easily scammed!
