They appear to present themselves as the local law enforcement wanting you to donate to the law enforcement agencies in your area.
they call me all the time, very rude when I say no, they keep mailing me letters!!! THEY DO NOT TAKE NO FOR A ANSWER
I’ve asked to stop calling finally said okay I’ll send money. Got tired of being called ALL THE TIME. I want off the list and no mail.
