Got a call from "Synchrony Bank" Caller from who knows where, could not pronounce what he said was his name "Paul", accent was so heavy we could not communicate properly.

Received multiple calls claiming they are PayPal and matched my phone # with my account. The automated call asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN. I have not received any emails from PayPal and I have not used PayPal for a transaction is a few years. BLOCKED
I received a letter from PayPal Credit through Synchrony Bank about not receiving payment on the past due amount on my account. This is the number listed on the letter to call. I don't have a PayPal account and when I searched for Synchrony Bank, they list a different number to call.
