I received an email from someone claiming to be "Sacred Heart Patient Accounts Department SH Patient Accounts"
The verbatim email says, I'm sorry that is Medical Group account you will have to call 844.366.9666.We only hand Sacred Heart Hospital accounts.

This was followed by a seemingly legitimate letterhead from Ascension Sacred Heart with P.O. Box, phone and fax numbers.Below the letterhead it said:

Neither I nor my wife requested this 2019 statement. Nor do we have any dealings with the above mentioned organization. It looks like someone is trying to defraud me.
