Rick with the benefits enrollment center, and wants to speak with me regarding my individual health insurance plan. I have my health coverage through my employer, so I knew this was an obvious scam.

They claim they are health market place, try to confuse people with healthcare market place. cheap, dirty trick.

voice is slow, and robotic, distorted, telling me I need to call before 10pm or my insurance will be cancelled.
