Call came from 515-348-3041 but referred to call this number. Said there was a complaint but did not identify who the complaint was about. Threatened to refer action to "HR or Payroll Department" - clearly some sort of debt collection cal, why else a threat about HR/Payroll. After multiple calls to the 844 number, every person refused to answer who the company was that answered the call/own s the number or where they are located. The "legal department" did not have "authorization to disclose the info or who they were working for with regards to these calls. Clearly a 1) well organized scammer who continues to operate after years of complaints, or 2) an extremely disreputable collection agency hiding behind multiple layers because of their violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
