Illegal collection activities. Will give your personal information to anyone listed in their system, admits to viewing your credit report without authorization. Trying to collect on an account that is currently being handled by another company.
Some guy name Daniel Call and say they have a case against my husband for a checking and saving account. When i told him to leave us alone that i knew it wasn’t true he got mad and started yelling!!!! BE CAREFUL IS ALL FRAUD!!

Just recently resolved my ACE Cash Express account. They provided a Validation and Settlement Letter, then a Paid in full. Letter, When I called ACE they said they handed it over to this company. Very Polite.
