Happened to me today. Said he was from Infiniti Support LLC. Wanted to automatic renew my account for $2000 or $700 to cancel. They said if I wanted to cancel they needed a credit card #. - Now why do they need a credit card # if they were able to auto renew??? SCAM!!! - I GOT PRETTY IRATE WITH THEM, BUT THEY KEPT CALLING! UGH!!!
I got a call-Indian accent but ID himself as Mike-My technician. They are up to $3,000 now! LOL! I don't pick up the phone unless I know who's calling and I never call back to these types of calls.
844-285-7333 A man with Indian accent called (John) threatened to charge my bank account or Charge for $2000 for automatic renewal in the next 3 days. He has called and left the same message repeatedly - so more than 3 days have past since his last call, and many more since prior calls, and low and behold - nothing charged to my bank account or credit card. So I see no reason to call him back.
844-285-7333 A man with Indian accent called (John) threatened to charge my bank account or Charge for $2000 for automatic renewal. I had several direct communications with John an I informed him I did not want his service and not to charge any of my accounts. He threaten legal action against me. I demanded his Company name and address and demanded to speak with his Supervisor. He informed me he was the supervisor.
hi sir this is dean and call me back as to $2000. automatic deduction from your account . lousy english , called two times .
The same thing happened to me, (only worse). The guy had a garbled Asian accent and wanted $3,000. that would be taken out of my account for some unclear service. Should we report this to anyone?
