I have been scammed by a very sophisticated group claiming to be Geek Squad with Best Buy. I paid $499.99 for a 5 year virus protection plan that does not even exist. These scammers are using a Geek Squad web page that looks perfectly normal and legit. The second number they contacted me from is 884-277-0886. I don't have the first number but it is on one of the fake Geek Squad web sights. I cannot get my money back. PLEASE do something to stop this!!!!!!!
