Who called me from this phone number (844) 253-6702

Victoria called asking if we would be interested in participating in their energy utility research survey. The caller ID came up as anonymous but she said to call back at 844-253-6702. Said she was from Insight Research in California but the number she said to call back on is an east coast number. Seems like spam to me.
