what part of the DO-NOT-CALL-LIST , don' they understand,my number is on it but they keep calling ,
Called me 3 times today. Left a really soft spoken voicemail on the first call about needing to verify some patient information (as in I was the patient) and to call them back with a claim number. Left 2 other one second blank voicemails. Some people suck
something needs to be done about these scam calls.
Claimed they were a medical office wanting to request patient Information. Verified our info and Fax. Stated they were calling form Atlanta, Georgia
Called stating they needed pt information from me and even gave me a claim number
This is Altegra Healthcare, this is a sales call. They illegally represent themselves as calling on behalf of an insurance company
