Who called me from this phone number (844) 200-4580

A guy possibly named Rafael (heavy accent, wasn't sure on name) said he was from FedEx and wanted to discuss how we were using shipping services. If he's really from FedEx, he should know. I called FedEx, and they said this callback number (844-200-4580) is not an official FedEx phone number.
