Someone from this number called my home phone twice and both mine and my spouse’s cell phone within a couple of minutes. They need to be caught

Called to speak to my spouse when I identified myself that persons spouse. Stated they were an investor and wanted to invest in our home. Person calling barely spoke English and definitely calling from a larger room with other callers. I stated No and don’t call again.
