I'm receiving 4 or more calls a day from this number. They hang up before I can answer. When I tried to call back, the number disconnects. Today I got a call from someone (a different number) returning my call. When i asked what time I called she gave me a time when I am absolutely certain I wasn't near my phone. No one else in my house could have used the phone either. Someone appears to have stolen my number.

After several calls, finally answered. Woman said she was calling in conjunction with the VA on my home loan. Started asking me questions to "confirm their information" before telling me what important information the VA wanted me to know about my mortgage. I hung up.
