Who called me from this phone number (843) 630-6757

I received a call from this number 11/18/20. I let it go to voice-mail and a robo female said that I qualify for an interes rate as low as 1.5% on my capital one card and to call a 1-800 number to speak to underwriting. I called Capital One directly and this is a scam
