Did not return call as it didn't match with Tidelands billing numbers. Said my bill is in Collection. Big laugh as I just received my current bill for under $15 dollars. Don't fall for this. Call a known Tidelands number directly if you want to check your billing situation.

Got a call left a message 2 weeks ago and caught us home today. It was a Scam my husband was going to give them his card. I said no it's a scam. He listened.

Received 3 calls. Called Tidelands and number is supposedly legit, but then they wanted me to verify my personal info and I refused. Said they would send be a statement. Wonder if I'll ever see one.....

I’m a retired FBI agent and my wife recently received a call from this number. It did not take long to determine that they were fishing for information usually referred to as PII or personally identifiable information. I asked them to confirm my billing address and they quoted “Hippa” which does not technically apply. In fact the call operator had no understanding of what the law is. I simply told them to confirm by United States mail any issues they may have with regard to billing at tidelands Health. I am also planning to call tidelands Health Tumalo time again that there is an entity out there who apparently is able to connect patients and clients Two billing issues. Do not give out personal information to these people.

I keep receiving calls saying I owe a bill to Tidelands where I receive and its going on my credit due to non-payment. I called Tidelands billing because they are providing my cancer treatment and gave them the reference number. Tidelands billing department said, the 8 digit reference# doesn't exists with them. The voicemail provided and asks you to call 843-527-8388 to pay your Tidelands bill. Tidelands billing said, they don't recognize the #. They Keep calling; automated voicemail left. Last one was 12.07.21. Other calls asking me to call this number said they were Howard Hanna and another was Jasmine. I asked to use a phone at a local business and called the number,, provided a fake name and 8 digits reference number. From that point they were wanting me to provide personal inf. etc. I hung up.

HUGE SCAM!!!!!! THEY HAVE THEIR CALL SCRIPT DOWN TO A "T" BUT IT IS 100% A SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ADDRESS, NAME OR BIRTH DAY. TELL THEM TO MAIL A BILL IF THEY HAVE THE ADDRESS ALREADY. I CALLED THE ACTUAL TIDELANDS AND MY BILL WAS 10 BUCKS FOR BLOOD WORK WHEN THE LADY CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER SAID I NEEDED TO PAY OVER 200 FOR A COVID 19 SHOT. THATS WHEN I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM, THE GOVERNMENT GIVES THOSE OUT FOR FREE... STAY AWAY!!!!

Received a call 843 527 8388 said we had a balance at Tidelands. Paid off my accounts. This is a scam do not give any personal information to these people

I have received several calls from 843-527-8388 called ID name Howard Hanna, since July. I'll cut to the chase. It is a legitimate call. Now the story. I was very! suspicious, as noted in another user comment, the voicemail was pieced together. Started with a female voice, then a male’s voice, spliced in with different male’s voice. Very poorly crafted robo-mesage. I made several calls to Tidelands. Tossed around a bit. Spoke with someone from Tidelands billing. She let me know the call was legitimate. I called the 843-527-8388 number, spoke with Jazmine. I was cautious when speaking with her. I mentioned the caller ID name. She said they tried to have that fixed but "there's nothing they can do" was her response. Still was not feeling very comfortable. I did give her my address, and she told me I had a balance due of $9.56. She asked if I wanted to pay over the phone. I said no. I told her I pay my bills when I receive them. Period. She gave me an account number to enter in Tidelands billing portal. I hung up, I logged into Tidelands patient payment portal, I seen the balance I owed. No kidding, the very next day, I receive the bill from Tidelands. I hope this helps.
