Got a call from this number stating " This message is intended for ( My last name). you are being contacted by the process division we need to verify the contact place of business to proceed against you at this time you have lost your right to take care of this matter outside of court we will contact your HR dept to follow proper protocol and procedure to have you served on the property again client is willing to rectify this matter if they hear from you today press one to speak with an agent or contact our office at 405-7585685 when calling ensure to reference your case number."

Called six time with a week. Left robocall voice message on my cell phone and I found this: 843-277-0228 CDMA Number available since 2010 Network Operator: Sistema Shyam TeleServices Location: Rajasthan And this: Spam? CHARLESTO843-277-0228 This was on my caller id.

Called me and said they will serve me on site and I lost my right to resolve an issue outside of court. Only ID'd themselseves as thw Process Division and never left the so called case # I am supposed to reference.

I work in HR for a company and they did reach out about an employee to say that they wanted to serve the employee on site. The employee immediately suspected a scam. This is awful.
