Got a call referencong my full name stating their is a lawsuit against me. There has been three calls and voicemails so far.
Keep receiving a message that there is a lawsuit filed in a court against me; but when I called back to find out who the lawsuit is with. All there is, a recording stating "101 leave a message". If I had a lawsuit against me I would of been served.
Got a call saying a lawsuit was filed at their court, believe me a phone call saying that instead of getting served is a big red flag!
This number (833)958-4400 Keep calling on a hourly basis just started today .This is you can't hear her name and the call is about Tax Fraud they say you name and your Birthday and they are going to file papers with you local county sheriff department or they would show up on your Job to serve you papers .I blocked this number so they call my Daughter Phone and left the same message when I googled the number it's from India It's A Scam can someone please HELP .
This number (833) 958-4400 continues calling me on a daily basis. Been going on for over 3 or 4 months. I blocked the number but still goes to my voice mail. Even started by a different number which I blocked previously. The message given by a hidden voice is so threatening and creepy. Whoever this is, not much said as to why a lawsuit directed my way. Instead, I must call them to find out why. Like hell if I will call this unknown and blocked number back. If a lawsuit is filed against me, a sheriff would show at my door to serve paper's to such a lawsuit. I'm livid mad how scammer's can pull this bullshit on people. If any lawyer out there sues people doing this scam, feel free to contact me. So sick how scammer's prey on innocent victims. If you get a call by this number, don't answer. It's a scam.
