Who called me from this phone number (833) 935-0764

trying to convince me he could call ME anytime- even though I SAID NO MORE CALLS! Also, threatened he had 'auto pay' abilities, He was EXpLICTEDLY instructed HE DID NOT HAVE that permission - verbally, or written!
