The calls from this number are flooding my voice-mail, claiming to be county arbitration and that mr. Jacobs or on other calls the leave say mr. Green, and that I owe 3000 bucks and that if I'm not working I could do community service, basically they try to scare you into blindly calling calling back and paying up some money o ver the phone, problem is, they aren't calling from this number, it appears as private, sometimes it appears as a local number, they are using a computer to do these call spoofings.
