Called me three times, saying they were with spectrum Internet. Dropped call after 15 seconds
Incessant calls at any hour. Some reports say this is Spectrum, but Spectrum does not have this number as theirs or as a designated contractor.
They call and then the second I answer they hang up. Tried to call back three times and each time a male voice said "This mailbox is full" and hung up immediately.
