They are Titan Capital Services also known a T.C.S and Associates. They call people and tell them they are serving court papers to collection debts with comenity bank. They dont even own rights to collect on the debts. And they are not a mediation service. They are an illegal collection agency. Owner is Derrick Warburton Thier address is 87 Cleveland Dr Cheektowaga NY they use the toll free number of 888-653-9802 and (833)-828-1115 Info@TitanCapitalServices.com. They setup a BS website so they can try to portray as being legit. They do not follow the FDCPA and you should contact an attorney because they are not allowed to call you before 8am your time. Derrick personally lives at 280 Pine Ridge rd Cheektowaga NY 14225. They process their payments that shows on the statement from the bank as Channer LLC. If you have paid them money you have been scammed. They do not own the debt. Call your bank and charge back the payments. Contact your states attorney generals office and report them.
Ive spoken to this company on multiple occasions. Ive told them that they have the wrong number but they continue to call. This has been going on for 9 months

called me at 5.30 pm. My new phone said it was spam so I didn't answer. And thank God because this people are so good at lying. Another reminded to stay up to date on all bills. Will take this 2nd stimulus money to pay off more debt even though I'm up to date.
